Nigel Mc Nelly, a Cook and male confidant of perverse Technical Officer Gary McCormick, both recently decided to come out and commit perjury at the local magistrates court, in bringing a fabricated assault charge against an innocent businessman, who happened to be one of many who prompted a Government Audit and Ombudsman investigation into a fraud case involving Council Officer McCormick and North Down Borough Council.

It was stated in court, that at the vicinity of the Town Hall, Council Officer McCormick (seemingly in a moment of madness) taunted 2 local businessmen by hysterical laughing and screaming “are you getting much work from the Council” It appears that after this outburst he then ran into the Town Hall were he claimed to Council Officer Graham Yarr that he had been brutally beaten up by 2 gentleman. Without so much as a mark or any physical sign of an assault Yarr advised him to make a formal complaint to the police.

Noted before the final court date, that pathetic person we call a Town Clerk was busy bullying a Councillor into dropping the fraud investigation, as McCormick was “guaranteed” winning the case.

A clear indication of of this Councils verdict “guilty until proven innocent”

It was interesting to note that on the day of the court case a posse of Council officers including Yarr and Livingston where in attendance in support of these two liabilities, all were witnessed creeping out of the courthouse squirming with embarrassment when the case was correctly thrown out.

One witness for the defence exposed McCormick’s allegations as nothing more than vicious lies.

Also one Council employee, who sought to appear as a defence witness for the businessman, was prevented by fear of losing his job.

Council Officer McCormick lied, hand on the bible and under Oath to the magistrate, conspired to pervert the course of justice, attempted to frame a local businessman, wasted police time and brought the Council into disrepute.

(1) Why has this lying, dishonest and corrupt officer not been sacked?

(2) Who ordered and authorized this attempted frame-up?

(3) Why was the Town Clerk allowed to comment, prejudge and brand the businessman guilty before a fair trial?

(4) Where all Council Officers wages paid in full for attending the court proceedings in support of this liar?

P/s Mr Mc Nelly has since left as cook of the Councils Heritage Centre.

McCormick should save himself and the Council any further humiliation and follow.
