well certainly not
entertainment.
However I'm sure most people will
agree that Bangor is surely Capital of Flakey Business
practice in Ireland...
This is of course led by
North Down Borough Council...
Examine the
interesting facts (why would you do business with people
who stand for this carry on??):
1) Trevor Polley
is the Chief Executive for the town. This really speaks
for itself.
He is also 'postmaster general
extraordinare' and an expert in opening private &
confidential correspondence. I would love to see this
role outlined in his job description.
One has to
wonder if he worked for Royal Mail in the past?? Perhaps
that's where he gets his Credit Cards!!
This guy
is king of failures, totally compentent at spending
ratepayers money on useless and self promoting schemes,
incompetent at making money for the town or enhancing
its appeal. Did we elect him? NO... WHY THE f**k IS HE
THERE?
2) NDBC allows employees to remove
equipment from council premises, then for an external
company to *re-hire* this equipment (which the council
own incidentally) to the council at the expense of the
rate payer.
Sorry I had to look at that twice
because it was the most ridiculous thing I have typed
& read, then I realised its friggin true! Eh Why was
nothing done about this? Why is the individual concerned
with it still an employed member of the council
staff??
3)NDBC draws up tender documents with
specifications tailor made for a particular company to
win the tender, thus excluding 99% of the applicants
before the tender was opening. **CORRECTED** NDBC
decides who wins the tender before the tender is made
public. Therefore no one was excluded. Just had to clear
up that equality issue
4)NDBC sends people like Marsden
Fitzsimons as a representive of the Borough to linked
towns such as Virginia Beach & Bergenz. He then
thoroughly insults the local colored population by
singing 'black person In The Woodpile' at a public
event. I can see the business being generated here
allready...by a fistful of american
attorneys!!
Given that Austria has had its
problems with the Nazi's more recently it is perhaps
fitting that North Down Borough Council looks at
promoting Bangor being twinned with
Bergenz!
5)NDBC is clearly a biggotted
establishment. The equality commission for northern
ireland provides us with an insight. Click Here and Scroll Down through the
cases... Speaks volumes for our Walt Disney on the
Hill Rulers.
5)NDBC manages to loose many
documents and very rarely can recall meetings with
members of the public or the local business community.
Convenient? You bet Accident? Do Pigs Fly...
