Widely reported newspaper stories claim that while Line dancing is banned in North Down, local Councillor Mardsen Fitzsimons on a junket trip to Virgina Beach, shows some coloured children the art of Tap Dancing, while singing that well-known White Southern song Nigger in the woodpile.

Next time he intents to shock the kids, I suggest he take a white sheet and a rope.

He would make a great double act with Sir Les Patterson, Cultural Attaché for Australia.
